KYN61-40.5 (Z) armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete indoor distribution device with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kV. As a power plant, substation, and industrial and mining enterprise to receive and distribute electricity. It has functions such as control, protection, and detection for circuits, and can also be used in places with frequent operations.

This switchgear complies with standards such as GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, and DL404-1997.

Normal Usage Conditions

◇ Surrounding air temperature: maximum temperature+40 ℃ ,minimum temperature -15 ℃ .

◇ Relative humidity: Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%,

◇ The daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa;

◇ Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%,

◇ The monthly average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;

◇ Altitude: Below 2000m.

◇ Earthquake intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees.

◇ The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or combustible gases, water vapor, etc.

◇ No places with severe vibration.

◇ When used under normal conditions beyond the requirements of GB3906, negotiation between the user and the manufacturer is necessary

Main Features

◇ The cabinet structure adopts an assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts a handcart floor structure;

◇ Equipped with a brand new composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, with the characteristics of good interchangeability and easy replacement;

◇ The handcart frame is equipped with a screw and nut pushing mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent accidental operation from damaging the pushing structure;

◇ All operations can be carried out with the cabinet door closed;

◇ The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switch cabinet door adopts a mandatory mechanical locking method, meeting the "five prevention" function;

◇ The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;

◇ Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short circuit;

◇ The shell protection level is IP3X, and when the handcart door is open, the protection level is IP2X;

◇ The product complies with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997, and adopts international IEC-298 standards as a reference.
